Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Scrappy Heifer Quilt Co.

Because fabric is cut specifically for each order, all cut fabric, precut fabric bundles, and sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom, personalized, and embroidered items are also final sale.

Unopened and unused eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will work with you to make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the item when applicable.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
